I read about a B2B problem until the shape is clear, write a public note, and ship a v0.1 alpha if the shape holds. Then I compare notes with the people who actually live the problem.

Current work: a BACnet/IP MCP gateway for independent BAS integrators. Code at github.com/Yveshby27/brick-bacnet-mcp. AutomatedBuildings.com accepted a longer version of the research on June 1, 2026. Research thread underway on the same shape in industrial SCADA at the cross-vendor historian federation gap.
